Classification of Constructions, issue 1978 (SB 1978, Vers. 2014)

The Classification of Constructions, issue 1978 (SB 1978, Vers. 2014), provides a classificatory basis for data collection concerning construction objects in statistics on building activities and dwellings and on other statistics. In SB 1978, Vers. 2014, construction objects are subdivided into buildings and civil engineering works. Within buildings and civil engineering works the construction objects are mainly structured according to their structural design required by the intended purpose and – especially for buildings – according to the main usage. Compared with the version of 1978 a number of editorial changes and very few structural changes have been made.
